The UK Government has recently launched a consultation to gather public opinion on the use of wild animals in circuses. ADI has compiled an Answer Guide to help you fill in the questionnaire. This takes you through each part in turn, giving explanations where appropriate.
ADI is urging everyone to complete DEFRA’s online questionnaire and call for a complete ban on wild animals in circuses.

Fill in Defra’s online questionnaire of the public consultation
This is likely to become the most important consultation of the decade, affecting the future of how animals in the circus industry are treated for years to come. A ban on the use of wild animals is essential to ensure that they no longer suffer in travelling circuses.
It is therefore very important to fill in the questionnaire – This may be the last chance to get wild animals banned from circuses.
Please contact us if you need further assistance, advice with any questions or if you would like a printed copy of the questionnaire.
