Delaware, Ohio, became the first city in the state of Ohio to prohibit circuses from bringing wild or exotic animal acts to town.

GREAT NEWS TO SHARE! Delaware, Ohio, became the first city in the state of Ohio to prohibit circuses from bringing wild or exotic animal acts to town. ADI thanks local advocates and Delaware City Council for concluding dangerous and cruel wild animal acts have NO place in their community. ADI supplied evidence and advice for the council’s careful consideration of humane and public safety concerns. Additionally, councilmembers strengthened permitting rules for circuses with domestic animals.
