New Jersey’s Bergen county loves animals

Bergen County considers an ordinance banning cruel and dangerous traveling wild animal acts

Kudos to the Bergen County Freeholders for their unanimous vote to consider an ordinance banning cruel and dangerous traveling wild animal acts on county property. ADI has worked with local advocates, including the League of Humane Voters, since 2014 on this effort. A final reading is scheduled for July 27th at 7:30pm ET ~ if you live in Bergen County, politely let the Freeholders know you support this necessary and humane action.
