A growing number of statewide wild/exotic animal circus bans are under discussion in the US, with a new Pennsylvania bill recently announced. Introduced by Rep. Melissa Shusterman, HB996 already has 32 cosponsors and has been assigned to the Assembly Agriculture & Rural Affairs Committee.

    Can we expand the bill to cover all animals and not just exotic and wild animals? And to cover all circuses versus just traveling circuses?
