ADI meets with Welsh Minister to discuss wild animals in circuses
On 13 February, Animal Defenders International met with John Griffiths, Minister for Environment and Sustainable Development, and his advisors at the National Assembly for Wales in Cardiff to discuss the use of wild animals in circuses in Wales.
British circus ship their tigers off to Ireland ahead of promised ban
In a move which appears to signal the beginning of the end for the remaining wild animals in circuses in Britain, ADI can reveal that the owner of the Great British Circus, Martin Lacey, has shipped his tigers off to Ireland to perform with the Courtney Brothers Circus.
